submitted by Leah N. - |Recommended: YesGood spot for college students — Lighthouse is a really nice apartment complex for students It's super close to campus and I was able to get to all my classes within 20 minutes of walking. Parking sucks sometimes, especially at night, and the floors ceilings are really thin so you can often hear people walking around above you. Overall, really nice and easy apartment to rent, even though it is a bit pricey.

submitted by Gillianne N. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live, thin walls but friendly staff. — I live in bedroom B where the AC does not cool as well as other bedrooms and living room. The walls are thin, but my neighbors are decently quiet. The apartment itself is spacious and sturdy with modern appliances. The wi-fi struggles sometimes but is mostly decent. The grounds and outside appearance is well-kept. I do wish there were more visitor spots, but It's a fun place to live 4 5 stars

submitted by Marie S. - |Recommended: YesOverall good college student living. — Close to campus, stores and a good middle ground for the beach. Nice pool, hammocks, gym. Plus a tanning bed Can't go wrong. Only down grade is you don't get a say who your roommate is unless you sign with someone you know.

submitted by Antavia M. - |Recommended: NoApartments are nice — difficult to find parking at night forcing utilities to be in one persons name instead of allowing it be split evenly through a third party creates issues between roommates why dont know each other as wel as those who do

If you are having issues with your roommates splitting utility costs we do recommend that you use a third-party billing service, such at Simple Bills. submitted by Kayleigh P. - |Recommended: YesA bit expensive but I love living here — The hot tub and the fire pit are most definitely my favorite parts of the apartment complex. The workers here are also very nice and once I place a work order in it is done very quickly.

submitted by Nicholas G. - |Recommended: YesEvents and Staff are the best part. Parking is horrible. — Once you’re done circling the parking lot only to find an open curb to slide into its very nice. There are many engaging events with lots of free stuff such as pizza and gift cards. The pig pickin’ around thanksgiving was a ton of fun. I like winning little things frequently more than I like the opportunity to win big things. The staff is incredibly friendly and it is easy to develop a relationship with everyone.

submitted by Alexa L. - |Recommended: NoGreat property, horrible apartment experience — If someone were to ask me how I liked living here, I would honestly tell them not to live here. I have had an absolute horrible experience living in this apartment. We constantly have mold issues everywhere in the apartment. There always just seems to be a pipe that is broken and it seems like you guys just keep putting band-aids over these problems and they just get worse. Two of our burners on the stove also have not worked all year and no one has ever thought it was in issue. I ended up in the hospital in the beginning of the year because of a mold issue and I broke out into serious hives for a week because of it and it was that was that I was admitted into the hospital. I think that you guys should really consider actually fixing these problems before you allow someone to live in this apartment next year because I seriously do not think anyone should be living in this apartment.
