IS LIGHTHOUSE PET FRIENDLY?

Yes, we are pet friendly 🐶❤️! Residents must pay a deposit plus a monthly pet fee and there is a maximum of two pets per unit.

HOW DO I PAY RENT AND WHEN IS IT DUE?

Rental installments are due the first of each month and may be paid online by ACH, debit, or credit card through the resident portal, or by check or money order at the leasing office. No cash is accepted. Convenience fees may be charged for online payments. Late fees vary - refer to your lease contract or contact the office directly.

WHAT FURNITURE IS INCLUDED IN THE APARTMENT? 🛏️

We include bar stools, a couch, a love seat, a coffee table, an end table, and an entertainment center with a TV in the common area. In the bedroom, we include a full extra-long bedframe, mattress, dresser, and desk with a chair. 

HOW DO I ENTER A SERVICE REQUEST?

Our professional on-site maintenance team is happy to help! To help with your service request, we may need additional information from you. We have 2 different convenient options to enter service requests.

Option 1: Enter your service request through the online resident portal.

Option 2: Contact via email, phone, or stopping by the office during business hours to discuss with a team member. 

For emergency requests: one of our maintenance team members is on call 24/7 for emergency maintenance needs. Please call the office if you have an emergency maintenance request after business hours.
 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE?

Each resident at Lighthouse will have the benefit of the following included in the rate: fully furnished units, water, trash, cable, and WiFi.

WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY LEASING?

Individual liability leasing is often referred to as “by the bed” leasing. This means that you are only responsible for your bed space, bathroom, and shared common areas. Only your name will appear on the lease agreement. If your roommate decides to skip, sublease or causes any damage, this will not become your responsibility.

Yes, we offer roommate matching! We match roommates based on the questionnaire filled out within your application.
